The Pure Diaper
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Short answer: Yes.
It's dermatologist-tested for sensitive skin by Dermatest® in Germany. If your little one has particularly reactive skin, we'd still patch-test any new diaper for 24 to 48 hours. That goes for us or anyone else.
What testing and certifications support Hoppi?
Our Purity Standard includes independent screening for 730+ substances and dermatologist testing by Dermatest® in Germany. See the Purity Standard page for the relevant reports and scope. Factory standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 concern manufacturing and management systems; they are distinct from finished-product testing.
What makes Hoppi pure?
Made without added fragrance, parabens or natural rubber latex. Our Purity Standard includes independent screening for 730+ substances, including PFAS, heavy metals and phthalates. Read our Purity Standard for the testing scope and results behind these claims.
How long before a change?
Up to 14 hours of leak protection thanks to the CLOUDEX™ Core System. We'd still say change on your baby's schedule, not the diaper's max capacity.
Does it hold up in hot, humid weather?
Yes, and this was a big design priority. Micro-Vent breathable design uses billions of micro-pores to keep air moving and skin cool and dry.
Does the tape diaper have an umbilical cut-out?
It does. The gentle front notch keeps the diaper off your newborn's healing cord, one less thing to worry about in those first few weeks.

How long do they keep?
Unused and stored somewhere cool and dry, good for 3 years from the manufacture date printed on the pack. No baby grows fast enough to worry about that.
Tape or Pants — which should I choose?
Choose Tape for newborn-stage changes or Pants for active babies from around six months. Use the weight guide and your baby's fit to choose the size, rather than age alone.
Silky Flush Wipes
Are Silky Flush Wipes flushable?
Silky Flush is Hoppi's flushable wipes range, tested against IWSFG flushability criteria. Follow the pack's disposal instructions and local plumbing guidance. Water Wipes and Bye-Germs Wipes are different products and belong in the bin.
What are they made of?
Silky Flush uses plant-based fibres and an unscented water-based formula. Check your pack for the full ingredient list.
What pack sizes are available?
18 sheets for your bag; 56 sheets for home.
How should I store them?
Keep packs sealed between uses, away from heat and direct sunlight. Check the manufacturing and expiry details printed on your pack.
Bye-Germ Wipes
What can I use Bye-Germs Wipes on?
They are designed for hands, toys and everyday surfaces. Follow the directions and precautions on the pack for each use.
What sizes and prices are available?
100s: 5x 20-sheet packs, RM15. 240s: 3x 80-sheet packs, RM20.
Can I flush Bye-Germs Wipes?
No. Dispose of them in the bin.
99% Water Wipes
What are Water Wipes for?
Gentle everyday clean-ups. Follow the pack's directions for use and check its ingredient list if your baby has specific sensitivities.
What sizes and prices are available?
240s: 3x 80-sheet packs, RM24. 100s: 5x 20-sheet packs, RM18. The product page recommends the 240s bundle by default.
Can I flush Water Wipes?
No. Put used Water Wipes in the bin.

Which purchase option should I choose?
Choose the Discovery Box to try a little of everything: 4 × 2pcs Diaper Trial Packs (8 diapers), 1 × 18s SilkyFlush Wipes, 1 × 80s Water Wipes and 1 × 20s Bye-Germ Wipes for RM25. Choose the Single Pack for one full pack of Pure Diapers at RM55. Choose the Diapers Bundle for four full packs at RM176 (regular RM220).
What comes with the Diapers + Wipes Bundle?
Four full Pure Diaper packs, 3 × 80s 99% Water Wipes and 5 × 20s Bye-Germ Wipes, for RM201 total (regular RM259). Select Diapers Bundle, then tick Add wipes for RM25.
Is this a subscription?
No. These trial and bundle options are one-time purchases. There are no automatic recurring charges.
What does shipping cost?
Orders above RM150 ship free within West Malaysia. Standard shipping charges apply to other orders, including East Malaysia, and are shown at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
Allow an estimated 3 to 5 working days for West Malaysia and 7 to 14 working days for East Malaysia, where available. Promotions and festive periods may take longer. We email tracking information after dispatch.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact Hoppi Malaysia as soon as possible with your order number. We'll check whether the change is still possible. Dispatched orders cannot be cancelled.
